The trick is very udeful since most of the VPNs are not allowing us to access those sites. If you try to go eg.www.rapidshare.com, You will get a warning that the site has been blocked as per the instructions from department of telecom. So I have a solution for this issue. Try this simple tweek and drop your valuable comments. Also don't hesitate to ask any doubts.

• Go to " My Network Places" in the right bottom taskbar.
• Goto "Network Connections"
• Choose your main active internet connection (Not vpn connection if you are using vpn)
• Right click on your network connection and choose properties
• Click on networking tab and  then click on  Internet Protocol TCP/IP

• Now  choose the  option 'Use the following DNS server addresses
• Now we have to use google dns, Type this dns in that field.

Preferred DNS server:  8.8.8.8

Alternate DNS server : 8.8.4.4

Done
