Just do some internet settings on your mobile,
APN: airtelgprs.com
Proxy/Ip address: mini5.opera-mini.net (only for operamini5, 5.1, 5.2, 6.0 handler)
Or
server4.operamini.com (for operamini 4.3, 4.2, 4.1, 4 and other lower version)

Port: 80

Now start the application i have uploaded the operamini's handlers in user upload.
